This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations, payments, and refunds.
1. Service Fees
All payments made to NextLoop Retail for professional services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our fees cover:
- Strategic planning and consulting
- Account management and operational support
- Advertising management and optimization
- Creative and listing development
- Research, analysis, and execution efforts
Once a project or service engagement has commenced, refunds will not be issued for completed or ongoing work.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
The following conditions apply:
- Any work completed or currently in progress during the notice period will be billed accordingly
- Outstanding invoices must be settled before termination of services
- Monthly retainers, prepaid service plans, and ongoing management fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
NextLoop Retail reserves the right to discontinue services in cases involving policy violations, abusive conduct, non-payment, or non-cooperation.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments caused by technical errors
- Incorrect billing amounts charged by NextLoop Retail
- Verified payment processing errors
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Third-Party Costs and Advertising Spend
NextLoop Retail is not responsible for refunds related to third-party platforms, software subscriptions, tools, or advertising expenses, including but not limited to:
- Amazon Advertising
- Marketplace subscription fees
- Software or analytics tools
- External service providers
Such payments are governed by the policies of the respective third-party provider, and clients must contact those providers directly regarding refund requests.
5. No Performance Guarantees
While NextLoop Retail works to deliver high-quality services and growth-focused strategies, we do not guarantee:
- Specific sales volumes
- Revenue targets
- Advertising performance metrics
- Search rankings
- Marketplace outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations, market conditions, or changes in platform algorithms.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns regarding billing or payments, please contact our support team through NextLoop Retail. We will review all legitimate concerns promptly and work toward a reasonable resolution.
7. Policy Updates
NextLoop Retail reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
